Need help getting in the zone? We utilize scalp and auricular (ear) acupuncture with activity to enhance concentration, coordination, and the mind body connection during skill acquisition. This needle placement keeps the needles out of the way while improving blood flow to the brain. The Neuro Unbound approach can be layered with training sessions scheduled in the Austin Fitness Clinic Gym or you can bring your tablet or book to your appointment and focus on learning in a cozy environment.
