Our Quick Fix is designed for those days you don't have time to slow down. Allergies? Sudden back pain? Stressful week? These are short sessions designed to fit in with your busy schedule and tackle that one  top area you need help with most.

SIGNATURE
INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS

True rejuvenation with a combination of modalities, Signature Services start allow for more comprehensive relief and support. Acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, TENS, and/or electroacupuncture, we will utilize what will work for you, including functional medicine support.

We can even go needle free.

The all inclusive Optimal Wellness Series is ideal for those seeking transformation. You can have Acupuncture on Monday and functional medicine focused zoom call on Fridays. We tailor to you. Meanwhile, the Bi-Weekly Reset is designed for the continuum, ideal for individuals looking to maintain momentum.
